Lizzy Gainz

Hello there! I’m Lizzy, an extroverted creative energetic goofball with a lot of heart. Also the proud mother of two beautiful teen sons and a self-employed Nutrition Coach. After years of suffering with dangerous genetic dispositions to mental health issues and Type 2 diabetes, I thank God that I’ve found a code to eliminate and alter mental health struggles and gain more wellbeing than ever! Even compared to the peak of my fitness career I wouldn’t trade that for how good I feel now. And along that journey I’ve discovered the secrets to keeping my sons healthier than ever. My oldest boy struggles with a chromosome abnormality which causes a slew of physical issues affecting his mental health, hormone production, and nutrient absorption. My youngest suffered from severe anxiety attacks for two years. Now we daily have more strength than we need and no longer suffer needlessly in so many ways. I bundled up everything I’ve learned into what I call my “F.E.E.D. Program” — I’m so passionate about sharing this breakthrough, detox & transformation with people! And at the Thrive Festival, I can’t wait to share the significance of knowing what is in your food; where it comes from; why it matters; supplements for everyday wellness; and being empowered to make your own symptoms heal and reverse disease.

Class Name: Enso Circle Workshop

The creation of an enso circle (or zen circle) is less about the end result of creating a pleasing circle, and more about the process itself. Outwardly – an enso circle is a pure and simple one stroke mark. even if the circle is not perfectly round, there is perfection in the non-judgmental imperfections. Inwardly – the creative process is dealing with a clear state of mind. once the brush strikes the paper there is no turning back. once you’ve committed to follow through. You are fully exposed with the quality of ones mind in that present moment, evident within the circular mark you have made. The practice of creating an enso circle is a beautiful learning tool of self awareness.
